The whole company formation process can be done via SBRA web portal, with the condition that registration and supporting documents are signed with qualified electronic signature. Company registration can be submitted by the following persons:

• founder - domestic or foreign natural person
• founder - domestic legal entity through its legal representative or proxy.

Company formation fees can be paid by Visa, MasterCard or Dina payment card.

VAT registration can be also submitted with e-registration of company, as on option.

E-registration of company has the following advantages:

• Time saving - the regular company registration process requires that Article of Incorporation is verified by the notary and then submitted with registration documents to the APR. E-registration enables the entire process to be completed via computer;
• Money saving - there is no cost of certifying the Article of Incorporation at the notary in the e-registration process and the registration fee paid to SBRA is lower by RSD 1,400.00 (fee is 4,500.00 RSD).

For foreign natural persons to benefit from the e-registration, they need to possess a qualified electronic certificate. The condition for obtaining the certificate is the Personal Identification Number assignment, which requires registration of residence in the Republic of Serbia. So, with all the advantages, at this moment e-registration is probably not the most suitable option for foreign natural persons who do not have a temporary residence in Serbia.
